The ARDON Resource Clearinghouse assists members of the media by conducting data searches to identify programs and projects within the nonprofit sector aligned with their current interests.

The media benefits from the time saved researching the appropriate connections to produce public safety information, public service announcements, interviews, feature stories, and calendar listings.

ARDON also provides a database of media contacts that focus on their areas of interest.

The Light Connection

San Diego based newspaper, The Light Connection, has demonstrated a strong interest in the ARDON Resource Clearinghouse since the project’s inception.

A group of citizens formed the CARE group to encourage the use of UN peacekeeping forces to resolve international conflict. They were matched with The Light Connection to cover the story. Through the publication’s ongoing interest, some of its readers also joined in to support the use of peaceful means through conflict resolution.
